Kelly “K.J.” Kuchta

The FCS Management Team Leader of Digital Acuity, LLC is K.J. Kuchta.  K.J. is an Information Security and Computer Forensics Consultant with over 18 years of experience in computer, physical and operational security issues.  He supports his clients by providing Forensic Incident Response, Forensic Litigation Support & Information Readiness Solutions.

K.J. has 16 years of experience in the Banking, Insurance and Financial Services Industry.  During this time, his responsibilities included managing Fraud Investigations (including computer-related incidents), Physical Security Reviews, Risk Management Operations and E-Commerce initiatives. He has conducted or managed in excess of 5,000 investigations in his career.   KJ has been credited for introducing many groundbreaking ideas and concepts in the areas of risk management and investigations.

Nancy Kuchta
Managing Member

Nancy Kuchta co-founded Digital Acuity, LLC with her husband, Kelly “K.J.” Kuchta, in 2001. Her extensive knowledge of accounting and business administration was instrumental in creating the company’s initial business plan. Nancy takes an active, hands-on role in managing the company, with a particular emphasis in finance, where she directs all company activities. Due to Nancy’s finely tuned business acumen and attention to detail, Digital Acuity has flourished and is able to sustain the challenges of a rapidly growing business. Nancy’s focus has changed to now include more time focusing on the long range plan and vision of Digital Acuity. She maintains control of all financial aspects while setting the path for greater success.

As a Managing Member, Nancy is involved in every aspect of the company. Due, in large part, to Nancy’s involvement in the firm, Digital Acuity was recently honored by Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing privately held firms in Arizona.
